Screw Pepper, Early ripen, resistant to disease. Spicy with strong flavors. Their crisp, sweet spicy flesh is perfect for salad, pickling, and stir-fries. Screw pepper grows about 6 inches long, with wrinkled skin. Mature from green to red, but usually harvested when the fruits are still green. Heat level is comparable to a spicy Jalapeno. Very easy to grow. Harvest in 80 days.
