The Indian Okra, also known as bhindi or lady’s finger is essentially the same plant as the okra commonly found in the US, but it can have some subtle differences in appearance and size. This variety are intermediate in length and width, and are best eaten when under 5″ long. The Chinese name is 秋葵.
